Removing and re-fitting a turbocharger, is straightforward, but should not be attempted by anyone without the appropriate experience or expertise. The engine oil, oil filter, air filter, a brand new gasket set and new oil feed pipe must be changed at the point of turbocharger fitment, using only components andmaterials approved by the vehicle manufacturers and no substitute products should be used for this purpose.  Particular attention should be paid to the turbocharger’s oil supply and ensuring that ahigh degree of cleanliness is maintained while fitting the turbocharger (sufficient cleanliness of the intake and exhaustive system and when fitting the air filter should be maintained). It is vital to ensure that there are no leaks in the system that may lead to the turbocharger coming into contact with foreign bodies such as dust, sand, pebbles, etc. The Supplier shall not be liable for repair, replacement or a refund if a turbocharger fails because of insufficient cleanliness during the fitting process.
